Our 8-step Buying Process

Searching for a home can be a very consuming task. To help you manage this hassle flawlessly, we have created an 8-step buying process to make sure that you and potential home buyers understand how we work to make your journey as painless and simple as possible. Our process ensures that at the end of your search, you find the perfect home and are ready to move in!

In-person consultation meeting

Once you decide to work with us, we will arrange an in-person consultation meeting with you to get to know you. This allows us to be able to serve you better by getting to know what your needs and wants for your new home are.

Prequalification

The most important step towards buying a home is to find out what your buying price range is. Our mortgage partner will help in assessing your paperwork such as W2’s, payslips, and tax returns to find out what you are eligible to borrow. The financier will do a complete review of your records and get your paperwork in order.

Listing alerts

Need a bigger space for your pets? Want to live in a peaceful neighborhood? Planning on having a baby? Just got married? We already know what the perfect home for you looks like. Based on our first consultation, we will send you alerts on available listings that are best suited to your requirements. As soon as you find the ideal listing, let us know and we will schedule a viewing for you.

Open houses and viewings

You will love joining us at open houses and viewing appointments. This is the fun part of the process! We will take you to open houses in your preferred neighborhoods and areas and visit the listings you have selected from our listing alerts.

Making an offer

Voila! We have found that perfect home you have been looking for. Now it’s time to make an offer. Your agent will write-up a formal offer on your behalf and present it to the seller. In a perfect world, the seller will accept your offer right away, but there are instances where the seller might reject the initial offer, or come back with a counteroffer. We will be there with you every step of the way to guide you through these situations and help you get your offer accepted. Once the offer is accepted, we will move to the next step and help you get your finances in order.

Acceptance, inspection, and valuation

Once the seller accepts your offer, your new home will go through an appraisal and inspection. Appraisals are an important part of the home buying process. Real estate valuation establishes the market value of the real estate: the likely sale price it would generate if it were offered in an open and competitive real estate market. The inspection can reveal problems that you can fix before you move in. For the construction of new homes, this is an indispensable part of the home buying process. An early home inspection can save you tens of thousands of dollars.

Closing the deal

Get a pen and get ready to sign your name. The final step of our buying process is to close the deal and get all the final paperwork in order. We will compile all the paperwork you have collected over the process and make sure everything is complete. Just one last thing to do, collect your keys!

Moving in

Congratulations you are a new homeowner now! Get packing and ready to move.
