- Have your home freshly painted inside and out in neutral colours. Don’t forget the front door(s) 🚪. For relatively little cost this will add considerable value to your home!
- Pack away all winter/out of season items including Christmas items!🎄 Nice and neatly stored in your basement (if storage area available), garage or rent a storage locker/pod.

- What about the Exterior? What was under all that snow?☃️ Clean up your yard (front and back) of all debris, especially if you have pets 🐩. This is a must for first impressions.
